During my childhood, my whole family came together on christmas, including my aunt and my grandmother. I got so used to all our small traditions, and for me, it was the perfect way to celebrate christmas.
Now that my grandmother has died and that my parents are getting divorced after such a long time, we are all struggling to make christmas "work" again. It feels like some of the pieces (that make the puzzle of our family) have gone missing, but this song gives me hope that we'll be able to feel whole again and to build new traditions in place of the old.
