Hi Anita, I just wanted to give some feedback after trying this recipe, which is the first one from your channel that I've tried. I love your channel, all the recipes look so good, and I love that they are so health-conscious. I was so excited to make these two recipes as soon as I saw this video. I was looking for something cold, sweet, and healthy as a snack, and this definitely fit the bill. I decided to try the blueberry one, as I love blueberries, lemons, and Biscoff cookies. I mixed all my wet ingredients together, and the yogurt mix tasted delicious and sweet when I spread it in the sheet pan. I added the blueberries (I used thawed, frozen blueberries that I blotted with a paper towel to remove some of the excess moisture), and topped with the crushed cookies; after it chilled for a few hours I cut it into bars, then put them into a container. When I tried a bar later that evening, biting into it was very unpleasant; the icy consistency of the yogurt did not have a good mouth feel, and the frozen yogurt mixture tasted a little bitter to me. The next night, I tried eating a bar that I let thaw, and the bitterness was gone. I would not make this recipe again, but I'm excited to try some other recipes on this channel, as they look really good and are very healthy.
Thank you for taking your time to review the recipe🙂. I can see how the frozen bar can have a different flavor. I did not bite to it until I let it rest outside for a bit as they are hard as a rock😃. I wonder if they would have a better texture and taste if full fat yogurt was used 🤔. I have not tried that yet. Feel free to review any other recipe you try😉

thank you 🙂
Do they have to be refrigerated?
they have to be frozen first. If you keep them outside they will go back to a runny consistency
To chyba wejdzie na stałe do naszego menu. Super pomysł. 👌🐤🐤I może być Mazurkiem
