@@jaheba Yeah thats the thing - as far as I understand, silent running closes heat vents on your ship, so to the outside your temp will be always zero. The heatsink ejecting is to prevent internal overheating. So if you are silent running then you can eject heatsink only if you are above 100% heat. But I'm not entirely shure it works this way - may be worth testing this.
