The lines when Saint-14 shows up seems to be random. But my favorite is Cayde-6's lines. He is in disbelief that Saint is alive and annoyed that no one told him about it. 🤣
I thought people were half-joking when they say D2 players are illiterate but holy hell. 11 other people in view shooting together and he's on the side getting "Immune" popping up the entire time.
I mean through the whole campaign cayde was saying he was mad he was back since he was alone and not with his ghost. I was hoping he would be here just a little longer after final shape but a part of me is happy that he was back for our final big battle.
what an amazing finale, feel kinda depressed now but a bit hopeful. I hear bungie will have a stream this tuesday to announce the future of destiny 2, I hope I can enjoy more stories like this.

Dude didn't even know how Zavala could use Stasis. Like, dude. Osiris used Strand in the Lightfall campaign, and his ghost has been dead for much longer!
@@eddmario you seem to not listane to those radio dialouge because Zavala mentioned he wanted to learn stasis from Ikora and the powers of the darkness (stasis strand) can be used by anyone as long as they understand it but the light needs a ghost
I’ve been playing since d1 alpha and this wrecked me as a military veteran I can’t believe how emotional I got I have 20k hours together d1 and d2 so many memories good and bad just like life northing is perfect it’s a game that went beyond
We’ve had some lows and highs and tbh I’m glad I was here for the ride I’ve made a lot of memories and friends I’ll take with me through the rest of my life
We can say that in the end, we are the ones we creat our own destiny in real life, not like the witness try to do. We are the ones that we control our life, not others to decide like the disciples of the witness and the once who created him.
Cayde dying again ruined the ending for me. He adds a needed chemistry to the group. Zavala, Ikora, Crow are all kind of bland characters without him. The conversations and interactions between the 3 of them will be too serious and monotone in future Destiny content. They need to figure another way to bring him back. Doesn't matter that it would be ridiculous. This whole game is based around characters coming back to life hundreds or thousands of times.
Was fitting imo, he wasn't really brought back for real to begin with thats why he wanted to make the sacrifice. As for the rest of the group, I think they're fine, zavala got added character depth in the campaign and honestly crow isn't really bland, you just want someone like cayde, but a character who isn't cayde doesn't immediately put them as bland.
Rofl okay buddy😂I’ve probably done more raids than you 😂 it ain’t that serious, it was a narrative mission that had a lot of hype behind it that I was simply caught up in the moment, and was trying to figure out the mechanics (such as whether shooting the Witness’ hands would push the hands back or not).🤷🏻♂️
Would have loved that Exision mission……had i not gotten 2 weasel and 4 anteater errors that kept ruining the experience. Thankfully i was able to keep rejoining my buddy and saw it through to the end
Yikes, that is unfortunate man! I keep getting random network errors trying to run the Campaign on my 2nd character. Bee, Weasel, Centipede, Nightingale...sigh.
@@hasercorp8140 Never done a raid!? Why not? Just no desire to or just never had the chance? Raids are a whole other game and are definitely worth trying if you have the chance imo haha
Naa just never had anyone to play with. Plus, I'd get severe paranoia of messing up an encounter. I watch raid streams from now and then, but I'm happy in my little corner of destiny xD
Pretty sure those “three stars” shooting out of the Traveler are just the Vanguard. Their ships are hard to see since they’re so small compared to the Traveler, but you can clearly see the light of their engines from that distance. It just means everyone’s ready to move on from the Pale Heart, except for those who will be stationed there long-term, of course.
Cayde should've never died to begin with. He was killed in forsaken because bungie had to come up with something to draw their dying playerbase in. Same with this dlc. It's a real shame they then let him die again but given the fact that they made that poor choice in forsaken to begin with i'll admit. They couldn't have given him a better ending than this.
I’m pretty sure he died in Forsaken cause Nathan Fillian wanted out to do other stuff and they probably figured recasting wasn’t an option with how much Nathan brought to the character. That said, I am sad he’s not back to stay :(
@@JSkeleton Cayde-6 is a masterclass in voice acting and the one single character in destiny that brings a healthy dose of humor to the game. Everything after forsaken just wasnt the same. When you lose your ghost that doesnt mean you cant wield darkness.
You can use Darkness but you need a Ghost to use the Light.
Yeah, I realized that after lol That's why I said immediately "well I guess cause it's the darkness and you don't need a ghost for it"😅
Yeah but our Strand training with Osiris in Lightfall we died multiple time from it before master it, so Zavala is huh ... strong i guess

Osiris taught us strand, or at least helped us along, without his light. Darkness can be used without a ghost. Eris uses stasis in the BL trailers.
