Hello, I have a few questions. If I were to get the standard license, can the 20 users use it all at the same time? If I need to connect to a client, do they need to be licensed or can they just use the free version? Will there still be a timer if I connect to an unlicensed/free version user.
Greatings. I undertand that if I get a standard licence in my company, it can be used by 20 employees, right? but i wonder if every client will be independent (I mean that no one can see on their dashboard the computers where others team members access to) and also if I will be able to remove from my account the licence key from any client who leave the team and apply it to a new one?
Hello, you can register between 1 to 20 users with a Standard license and the admin of the AnyDesk account can keep track of the sessions of all users in the organization and can unlink devices and users from the my.anydesk user portal in case they are no longer part of the team.

@AnyDesk Thanks for answering. I get from my research that I can roll in up to 20 user (standart licence) into my.anydesk account and I can also apply that licence to 20 AnyDesk clients (devices) to let then conect them tho any computer, In fact, I understand that I can just apply the licence to the clients whitout roll in any user into my account, right? But I still have doubt about the 500 manage devices: Are there 500 on the entire accoun (counting all devices togeter) or 500 by client? Another question: Once we reach the limit of 500 manage devices, we can conect to other computers but whithout that feature (I undertand that 'manages devices' are those in wich I can register passwords in order to login directly, right?). Thirt question: If I buy only a standard licence, I will be able to buy more aditonals current conections any time? Regards and gratefull for you to answer all three questions

The Standard License starts with 1 outgoing connection, you will need to add 20 outgoing connections so 20 employees can use it at the same time.

@@AnydeskSoftware Not an answer. Do you install the license on the computer you are remoting into or the one doing the remote?!
I am using Anydesk for personal use. But have stared getting prompted for a license key because I have used it more than 100 times, And know I have to wait 30 seconds for the screen to go away to launch the app. Do I need a license key?

@@klgrch Please note that due to macOS security restrictions, users cannot transmit audio from a remote macOS device.
Nevertheless, AnyDesk for macOS clients can still receive audio from non-macOS AnyDesk clients.
