I've tried these steps on my phone and on my husband's phone. It works perfectly and I like it, but there 2 problems, I can only connect to the other phone when the app is open and everytime I try to connect, it always asks permission and accept from the other phone I am trying to connect to. I've tried changing the settings on the app itself and on the device app settings, but it's still the same. Please help me understand.

Hello dex.. I'm trying to follow your tutorial. If I start to remote my PC from my samsung tab it works fine. I can control, doing changes to my PC by clicking the tab. But on the contrary, when i want to remote the tab from my PC, the connection is fine but I can't control the tab at all, I can only see the screen of the tab. What I really need is the ability to remote the tab from my PC considering I'm going back to work & I need to remote what my son did during his school from home.

I am using total to mobile phones. One is Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and another is Samsung m30s. Samsung Galaxy Note 8 build by Android 9 os and Samsung m30 by Android 10 os. When going to from connect Samsung Galaxy Note 8 to Samsung Galaxy m30s getting error "Privacy mode on remote screen deactivated." And I am not operating anything at Samsung Galaxy m30. But, when going to connect from Samsung Galaxy m30 s to Samsung Galaxy Note 8 works good.

Hi Dex! I nearly got caught by a scammer using Anydesk and I nearly gave them access, luckily I stopped before giving them a code and uninstalled it straight away after, but they can't have done damage already can they? 😟

Depends on the Phones and i they have remote acces. You can try Teamviewer as well with Quicksupport install. It worked for me on Samsung devices. Depends on what device you have

You need to check if the anydesk supports your phone. From what i see on some phones you can only see the screen and you can not control the other phone. This depends on the phone manufacter. You can try if this software does not work with Teamviewer. ruclips.net/video/nivyTps42Yo/видео.html
Somebody tried to scam me earlier today. I sent them my 9 number address but I didn’t accept the invitation to share my screen because I had a bad feeling about it. I hung up the phone and deleted the app. Do I have anything to worry about since I shared my 9 digit address with the scammer?
@@DexterTutorialshi, i unfortunately got almost scammed and DID accept the first set of warmings, but i did NOT accept the last accept button that says "incoming connection request"... I instead backed out if app and uninstalled.... just curious if you would know if i am ok aswell

not on all phones does this app work. So it might be a phone not supported by the app

ussualy the audio is a problem. There is a option on AnyDesk to playback video. Check please the settings for Audio
