Rocko straight up Detroit smashed Clockwork, and I love it.
I liked every part of it, the voice acting before the punch giving me the idea that Rocko’s just absolutely ready to end it, and how the punch itself feels like something from an anime.
I wish Squidward would've said "Let's get this over with so I can go home and play my clarinet!"

Yeah, it's a little weird that none of them functioned under any drive to protect the universe and shit
I understand plankton because he's actively malintentive (and his line was actually funny/cohesive) but most of these characters are good guys and whatnot
Clockwork: You wanna know a secret? Vlad's mind control device was flawed in two ways, one small, and one, well, very, very BIG. Here's the small one, it doesn't actually control minds, but simply replaces their personality with an angry, aggressive one. So it's not like he could build some conquering army or anything. In fact, he had NO real control over whoever was effected by his machine. Take ME for example, I have no compulsion to serve Vlad Plasmius, and I've grown rather fond of smashing things and people and such. You've had a taste of that, so you know how wonderful that feeling us.
Frisk: *You tell Clockwork that this has gone on long enough, and implore him to go back to the Timeless Stardial.
Clockwork: Nonsense! Not while we're in the middle of nonstop fun. You see, Vlad's machine had a BIG flaw that caused it to blow up, destroying the entire universe. So much fun to watch. And I can simply rewind time and watch it over and over...forever. And each time, right before it does, you'll be sent back to the Timeless Stardial so we can battle all over again. An endless battle, right on the edge of total oblivion! Oh, how exciting!
Frisk: *You comment that Clockwork has lost his mind.
ClockworK: Think what you want! Sticks and stones! Now it's time for battle. Prepare yourself!
After the battle.
Clockwork: Time out! (Freezes Frisk in time) Enough! You have fought...well. But not well enough.
He heals himself.
Frisk: *You call Clockwork a cheater.
Clockwork: You can't be surprised. I AM the bad guy, after all. Let's continue. Are you ready...?
Anime power-up arrives.
Frisk: *You are filled with...DETERMINATION!
Clockwork is defeated.

Frisk: *You express relief that Clockwork is back to normal.

Rocko: What everyone wants to say to Clockwork at the end of the game. Followed up by a SICK as hell punch!
Reptar: A roar of reinvigorated fury, followed up by a SOLID headbutt that you can actually feel the power behind!
Raphael: HELL yes! That is EXACTLY the line he needed to use there! And the blow is a pretty impactful one, too.
April: ‘This interview is over’ actually goes hard. The animation actually works for the sliding and the microphone blow is kind of impactful.
A Tier
Garfield: HELL yes. I can’t imagine Garfield coming up with epic lines like these, but somehow he pulls it off. Sadly the actual blow feels pretty awkward.
El Tigre: Solid line from El Tigre, an the actual claw blow isn’t too shabby! Not the best but it’s up there.
Ren and Stimpy: The line itself is just okay, but having Stimpy smack Clockwork with Ren is hilarious enough to me to allow this to be in A Tier.
Spongebob: The line’s alright, but the punch animation makes this one work! Overall, mostly solid!
Plankton: I really wish he said ‘Not when I shift into MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE’ but the line we got instead is still good. The punch itself isn’t the most powerful blow, but it’s a punch so it still fits well!
Donatello: Kind of a hype line, not gonna lie. The strike is pretty good too, something about the staff gives it more impact.
Gertie: What a RAW line. You know it’s about to go down when you hear her say that. The karate chop could feel stronger, but it still works fine enough.
Gerald: Pretty good line to use there! The kick does have some good windup, even though it doesn’t work nearly as well as a punch would.
Nigel: Very solid line combined with a very solid punch animation. Altogether, works very well!
B Tier
Ember: Epic line, but not said with nearly enough emotion in my book. The wind up for the final blow is good, but the actual hit leaves something to be desired.
Lucy: Dark as ever, huh, Lucy? Meanwhile, while the hit animation is a bit strange, it definitely feels more impactful than some of the other animations!
Danny: That’s it? That’s the line? Not really the epic one-liner to defeat the final boss I was hoping for. The punch is pretty good but the weird pink beams coming off of it make it feel strange.
Angry Beavers: I feel like they could’ve given them a better line. And why does only Norbert speak? This one only escapes C Tier because the two of them dealing the blow together is actually kind of cool.
Aang: His line is…whatever. I don’t feel strongly about it. The palm strike is a cool animation by itself but it doesn’t work ENTIRELY well in the context it’s being used in here.
Korra: Solid line, not too bad. Once again, while the punch is cool, it suffers from a lack of impact. It could feel stronger.
C Tier
Jimmy: Uh, sure, I guess that line works. And…okay wow he literally just slid on the ground. That animation did NOT work well for this.
Zim: Pretty meh line, and the hit animation just having the claws slide along the ground makes it look pretty janky overall.
Squidward: Why couldn’t he just say ‘Well, this one’s on the HOUSE!’ Meanwhile, the weird sliding slap just doesn’t really work.
Azula: A VERY solid line. Sadly, the extremely weird animation choice for the final blow kind of ruins it for me.
Jenny: Tell me there’s a better and more high energy line they could have used for Jenny there. As for her blow…it’s not the worst, but it just doesn’t feel right to me.
Zim's could line could of been SO much cooler! Like "GIR! watch me destroy this filthy weakling!"
