Slang for gambling. Twitch has channel points which can be used in a gamble set up by the streamer. In ZFG's streams, the gamba is usually what item he gets first.

part of me hoped that goron race was oath.. which would mean he made the seed impossible by duping over powder keg. since its required to break the rocks at the track.
you can break that rock with the powder keg you get from the giant goron. And even if you couldn't, you can hover into it, he did it in the video.
