SHEESH You forgot one more settings, Language & Accessibility scroll down you going see FLASHBANG EFFECT Bright/ Dark i put it to Dark so dont mess up the eyes lol

But i do appreciate you for this i use H 45 and V 45 so ima see 37 on V and change -3 to -1 but i dont use back paddles 😭😭😭 never liked it MW3 but i like it so far W settings
