    What a great story!
When my now 10 year old grandson was born, I wrote him a letter. Which turned into an annual birthday letter writing tradition. They are all saved in a scrapbook for him that he will receive later in life. 18, maybe? And I've done the same for my two granddaughters, ages 3 and 4. Letters written from a grandma's heart to an older version of their little selves, something they may read when I'm no longer here.

The letter thing is a great idea. But parents, let’s aim to keep the unnecessary and harmful religious indoctrination out of it. Your tainting love, reality, and the mind’s of your children.

Parents do not come one in the same...parents believe different things and teach their children according to how they see things...religious or not this man's father told him to stay true to the Bible...essentially stay true to God...and it seems so far he is making an impact no matter what...how about you be proud of him instead...
