France "coat of arms" boosts the *"Fascio littorio"* (sticks tight together with an axe) that in the Roman times represented the *"Imperium"* (the power through which institutions emanated laws) and was popularised in the XIX century by *Fascist Italy* from which *Fascism* takes its name and as a symbol the Fascio littorio it's still used to this day by many countries to symbolise the rule of law, US included.
Sadly because of the fascists Italy doesn't use the symbol anymore because it's considered controversial eventho it was the Italian peninsula that basically created it and gave its meaning originally.

There is a coat of arms with the hedgehog on it for the southern region of Czechia bordering bohemia and Moravia. Probably my favorite coat of arms only due to that lol. this coat of arms of France is not entirely official (read the end of the comment), it is used on passports and by the presidency of the republic and certain ministers, in fact, we no longer really have an official coat of arms, because it is no longer part of our constitution. And so this cit is used because even presidents use it. (I may have been a little mistaken but that's the idea).
