    Awesome whiteboard Chad!
I would also add a hygrometer and moisture meter to your arsenal if your claims include water damage. The infrared will qualify possible areas of elevated moisture and your moisture meter will confirm and quantify the levels.
Matterport, 3D imaging is becoming the leader in advance technology. It allows the adjuster and whoever else to virtually walk through the loss.

I agree 1000%, my brother. Indeed! I also use those and more. I haven't yet used Matterport though although I'm aware and fascinated. There was a Matterport rep at one of my training functions late last year and we got along great. I'm super pumped to dive into the technology. Please keep me posted. I'm thrilled to learn and deploy new methods and tactics even after 20 years. I often say, it should have never taken me 20 years to get here. These younger pros can do what I did in 5 years! Thanks for watching, brother. Have an awesome weekend and please keep in touch! Much love and God bless! 🙏💖👊😉

I enjoy your videos. Very interesting to an adjuster who's been at it for 30 years now. Without getting into a whole bunch of commercial policy jargin, acv vs rc valuation, etc. I notice you post alot of commercial flat roof systems. As you know most of these, not all, but most older ones have never been properly maintained or are up to current code. I'm not here to defend insurance companies, but in alot of cases do you run into what would be your nightmare, the dreaded acv policy or in other cases significant co insurance penalties. Maybe not your problem, but it becomes the contractors for sure when it's time to collect.

Awesome comment, brother and very well said. I agree. There are a lot of pitfalls in commercial roof claims. This one is good to go though. And you're right about it not being maintained properly. But it was insured for new damage and it's covered. Please stay tuned and keep in touch. Have an awesome weekend! 🙏💖👊😉
