Its Alright I Guess | MiG 21 (R-13-300) | War Thunder

Today I play out the premium MiG 21 (r-13-300) that sits in the Russian tech tree. Having access to 4 R-3R air to air missiles and sitting at 9.7 where air battle can get rather hectic. I hope you enjoy todays video and as always I hope you enjoy.

Quick tip for anyone flying without flare/chaff. You can carry a rocket pod and fire a few off to distrupt incoming missles, it works great with practice.

This is a good strategy that I uses on the F4D and practices is a must.

Uhm.. The SMT have build in gun AND gets the option of adding the CM pod..
But yeah. Same plane..

I knew there was something because the two migs I have are the R-13 and the PFM and they both use an external pod.

How do you zoom to the missile

I'm not sure what the key bind is called but by default I think its set to the key "U". I am also able to fallow by holding the space bar after the launch, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.
