    Bed bugs and cockroaches seem to be a TCHC problem and some tenants with mental health problems will not speak up about this issue meaning these bugs will spread to other units cause i believe there are no apartment inspections

      Yep and the Toronto star is too busy protecting its political patrons to ACTUALLY talk about any of the real problems. Nope. Nothing but emotional vomit to make you sympathize for the people in the video... while making sure you don't actually empathize WITH them about the problems they are experiencing.
