Metal lick in E minor (with tab) | Licks - #9

Metal lick in E minor, plus a variation with a slightly different ending. On-screen tabs and slow play-throughs are also included.
The scale shape that the lick is happening in is one of my favourites to play around in. I can’t remember when I first discovered it, but it may have been while trying to learn something from Cacophony back when I was a teenager!
This is the first lead guitar video I’ve uploaded using the Helix LT to record with. Previously was using a Positive Grid Spark amp. I really liked the tones on the Spark and find it great for practice, but it was a nightmare to record with due to the amount of unwanted noises that ended up all over the recordings. Maybe there was a problem with my Spark amp? Anyway, I’ve not had that problem with the Helix LT… let me know what you think of the tone!
