So last weekend I took some time and finally built up my own PRS tire stage to practice! That has been my worse type of stage, so I really want to get better at doing this type of shooting. I figure practice is the only way. I know my ammo is good to go now, so I am shifting over to working the physical skills that I need improvement on. I managed to get this all done by myself. Arms a little sore, but hey if I want to do some tire flipping work outs, I know I have plenty of tires to use!! lol. Stay tuned, learning to run through this stage will be coming soon as I figure out the best way for me to set up on the tires and get stable enough to make good shots and get hits! @Charles_ONeal Good evening, Charles! I took the weekend off from my usual and spent time with my dad and worked on this project. One of those things I had to make myself slow down for a day so that I could do better in the long run. I have been trying to do this since the spring!! Finally done, and cleaned up my range. I am set for the winter I think!! I mentioned the matches. The PRS match is Sunday the 27th, so I won't do the night pistol match the 26th. As much I like to stay busy, starting a pistol match at 9pm, home around 1 or later then up before 5 to get to PRS match at 9 in the morning, well that is too much. I learned after last month, I do need some sleep before a match!! So, I will be doing PRS the 27th, no pistol the night of the 26th. This one will be near Hobart. If you want to come, let me know and I will email the coordinates to the place! Thank you stopping by. I was sore a few days, but back to full speed. Danged arms got a workout wrestling those around. I could start a tire flipping gym with all these old tires. It is a sure solid workout!! At my expense 🤣 I almost won! Tied for 2nd. 3 hits behind 1st. 4 more hits, and I would have won the match. I am getting closer and closer!! Decided I just needed to not practice my usual things for a weekend and make this happen. In the long run, having this set up will be better for me. I tend to have my worse stages on the tires. I need more time learning it than just the few shots taken at a match. I need to test different bipod and bag combinations to figure out what is going to actually work best for me. I want to get confident enough that when I see a tire stage, I will know that zi have the technique down and can maybe score more hits than the other people at the match! I need to use this to get ahead of the competition instead of fall behind a few hits!! Practice this coming weekend, then match next weekend and that place always has 1 tire stage. So hopefully I can learn enough to do better next weekend! Hope you have been doing well, man. Have yourself a great weekend!!!

@Blackplagueprecision That is the plan. Trying to stay in top 5 this full season. Plus, get confident enough to do an official PRS series match at the Oklahoma location. Maybe get brave and go try the one in Arkansas. Little more confidence built up on my weaker places and I will run it. Hope to finish top 30-40%. I never even tried TikTok. I don't even keep up the Instagram anymore. Here mainly, cross post to Rumble, Playeur and X. I don't do enough short vertical videos to grow my subs here properly. I need to get back to that. Thanks for the reminder 🤣 Good luck and keep on it, man! I try to catch as many as I can and drop some comments as I'm able to stop working and type when your vids play.
@dalepogue5799 🤣 I tell people I have no problem making videos. I already talk to myself all day. Now it's less weird because a camera at least is normalish. I forgot I had left my camera recording and was just doing my thing, so figured I would leave a few of those clips. I like to make people laugh. And I don't mind if it's laughing at me! 🤣 Finally got this job done tho. I can start working on this type of stage and see if I can find my groove and a process to tackle these tires to get set up quickly and make stable shots. Good to see ya, Dale!
