Students usually look for recommended books for CSS. While there are many books, only few of them are to be read completely. CSS Essay is a diverse subject and ranges from international to national issues. CSS exams are mostly about English essay. Many students start their CSS preparation with English Essay. Unfortunately, FPSC does not recommends any essay book. Ms Fatima Batool recommends best books for (supplementary) preparing CSS essay paper. These books are also helpful in other papers. The same will be equally beneficial in PMS preparation.
Essay Writing becomes easier when one has studied quality books. The study materials that one has to read are of two types: Primary and Secondary. This video contains details of the books that serve as Primary Study Material for Essay paper.

Mam , I myself am an English teacher with years of experience but i feel my-self as a defective teacher when i see you teaching. You are really an effective teacher. Very good idea , readers are leaders. Read and lead the world. Good readers are good writers and good readers are good speakers too.First revelation in the Cave of Hira was about reading. This shows how important reading is. Ex-American President Obama used to read a book everyday.
When I appeared in 2020, I had already read Harrari's books, Duos and 21 lessons + few chaps of Sapiens, Sashis book, both novels of Orwell, Russel's Conquest of Happiness, Pleasure of Philosophy, more than half of Acemoglu, to name a few. Additionally, my score already crossed 500 books and booklets, a major chunk in Sindhi and Urdu of course. Yet I could not score more than 550 and failed 3 subjects including Essay. Mere reading won't be helpful. Active reading with concrete notes making according to topics might be helpful. My colleagues who hardly had read 10 books in life were able to score high than me with just six months of preparation from rotten notes. Although I did not prepare formally, I assume the examiner didn't read the papers properly. Instead, look for headings in all papers except Essay which is a game of language primarily then comes argumentation and understanding.

Mera essay 2018 m failed huwa tha PCS m. After that i was disappointed and couldn't appear in Css 2k19 and 2k20. Your Video is helpful. I am still Petrify that in 2021 Whether i will perform or not. I read many English grammar books but still make many mistakes. I hope your recomded books will help and enhance our Knowledge and visdom.

Ma'm please keep guiding about primary and secondary sources for preparation of different subjects.
My subject is English have to understand that one person can't learn everything, and one teacher can't teach all subjects. there is a basic guideline that I'll share on how to prepare nay subject. More than that won't be possible.

Thanks a lot Maam!! another very nice video about opting books for essay writing. In fact, you saved me of reading "Sapiens", i had stared reading it but i will read the other book of Yuval Noah Hariri recommended by you. An amazing point you pointed, make mess with a question, which you can clean. Really really important point, usually we all commit such blunders while making outlines or attempting questions, sometimes outlines becomes too lengthy to cover or write some points difficult to justify. I would request and suggest you to deliver a lecture on the structure of essay, particularly, argumentative and abstract essay.

Though Will Durant has been missed out dur to inavailability of any of his books by mam’s side, I personally feel this is an enlightening video for beginners like myself. The mode of delivery is fluent and effective and so is mam’s pedagogical style. Thanks for this online service.

There is no one book. English Grammar by Karim Dad Chugtai is the best for solved past papers. Synonyms and Antonyms can be prepared from any GRE book.
