For CSS Essay there is no recommended book by FPSC. As a matter of fact there is no CSS essay book. Ms. Fatima Batool recommends books for essay that are carefully picked to help you with CSS preparation as well as PMS preparation. The books are most relevant to the topics that are being asked in CSS exams and are written in flawless English so that the student may improve critical thinking and creative writing simultaneously.
Not only CSS but also all descriptive tests demand creative writing, be of 30, 50 or 100 marks. Thus, essay writing is something that a candidate must do to get success in exams.
Essay Writing becomes easier when one has studied quality books. The study materials that one has to read are of two types: Primary and Secondary. This video contains details of the books that serve as Primary Study Material for Essay paper.

Very useful information it will definitely help i highly appreciate your effort. The concepts which i have learned from this video is one must develop a holistic approach to target any essay one must be well informed and conceptualize sociology so that one can express opinion on a topic of essay based on overall understanding of sociology. Same goes with the overall as well as specific understanding of political and economic aspects of any topic. And to express an idea with right kind of words one must learn to develop and use dictionary and other book u have recommended. Finally, the book of russell is to get familiar with the type of essay and develop an approach for an essay. This is it what u want to deliver? Correct me please if i am not able to understand. And please tell me if any one has written a particular essay , will u check the essay for improvement?

Ma'am kindly mention some of the recommended books by FPSC in CE syllabus for compulsory subjects as studying all books recommended by FPSC is a bit difficult
FPSC does not recommend any book for essay. For grammar Wren and Martin High School English Grammar.

I have watched the whole video and indeed it was a very helpful one. I want to ask you that there are a couple of other books similar to "The CSS Wisdom" (Acing CSS and CSS companion), are all of these books helpful or the two books i have mentioned in brackets will suffice.
I also want to thank you on part of students who can't afford academies due to lack of resources (either financial or time) since these videos provide vital information in a very small interval of time.
I think CSS Wisdom is better, but you must check the contents before deciding.
Mam ! I request you to make a separate video in which you 'll need to give complete introduction about CSS for beginners .Thank you so much !

In fact this is tragedy... We run for good English but no one say, that knowledge is not language... We spend hours study English, learn english but Germans, French, Russians learn science, knowledge... Our leader were mistaken on this issue.
We make notes of compulsory and optional subjects as it is mandatory to revise well in the last. Apart from these books, whatever we are reading, we should make notes of those general reading books. My query is that notes should be made in bullet form or summaries of the chapters as far as the general reading is concerned.
