I was surprised with number of people on these channels who think you can just start laying the bricks on the ground without base and rebar, go up with the walls and call it a day. Mild earthquake and you will end up buried under your house.

He has enough rebars and cement to build a 5 story. Why did he want a gabled roof? The roof is too heavy with cement and old fashion tile. We use tar paper shingles or shake in California, not old fashion Chinese tile too heavy. Job too challenging for one person,need civil engineers for advice
