    Looks good, but it still has shortcomings. I've always wondered how a CC-115 Buffalo with new PW engines, composite wings and slightly modified aerodynamics/airframe would have fared. At least it would have benefited the Canadian economy.

      @@rjonsen Inside cabin height issues for SAR Tech's with gear on to move around, Just above stall speed for them to jump safely, Centre of Gravity issues with SAR Equipment, Not enough power for Mountain Operations or Operating in Icing Conditions, no Auxiliary engine (APU) so Propeller engine has to be left on when landing at remote areas. Wait for this to come up in Parliament.. They should talk to the users and not the buyers when planning procurement. About a 3+ billion dollar decision and they probably won't be used in their role. A SAR aircraft was selected that would meet all the requirements it was the Leonardo C-27 and then politics got involved, and we ended up with this.
