About David Wilkerson
David Wilkerson was the Founding Pastor of Times Square Church in New York City. He was called to New York in 1958 to minister to gang members and drug addicts, as told in the best-selling book, The Cross and the Switchblade.
In 1987, David Wilkerson returned to "the crossroads of the world" to establish Times Square Church. As a pastor of the church, he faithfully led this congregation, delivering powerful biblical messages that encourage righteous living and complete reliance on God.
David Wilkerson had a strong burden to encourage and strengthen pastors throughout the world. From 1999 to 2008, he traveled around the globe holding conferences for Christian ministers.

God sent Jonah to Nineveh to tell people to repent.
John the Baptist told the earlier Church to repent, be baptised so that your sins can be forgiven. Matthew 6:1
Jesus spoke the same words Matthew 4:17
Ps.David is doing the right thing. Yes if they know about their sin, why don't they repent if they know they doing wrong. Romans 6:23 the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God us eternal life. God wants no one to perish, but that we all must come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9.
We stand behind Ps. David, you carry on preaching repentance. Just as we do this side.

Preacher, you are responsible to bring to their face, their righteousness and holiness. Only the goodness of God leads men to repentance. Not the preaching of sin. People know their lives are miserable by their sin. They don’t need to be reminded of it. They need the way out, which is Jesus Christ and the grace and mercy of God. No man will turn to the light unless the light is shown to him.

Disagree man does not know their lives are miserable by Sin. For there is a time of pleasure in Sin (Hebrews 11:25). Many do not even know what SIN is. SIN separates you from God SIN puts you In HELL! We are to remind ourselves daily of SIN and we are to also remind that JESUS CHRIST came not only to save us in our SIN But to deliver us from it that we might become the righteousness of GOD! WE MUST REPENT from SIN! GOD HATES HATES HATES SIN!

Paul the Apostle would disagree with this concept. Men under the law love their sin, because that is their Adamic nature. Men are not led to true repentance without the fear of God and law first being preached to arouse conviction. This is the problem with modern "say this prayer and believe God loves you" Christianity today, and why there are so many half-hearted converts with a form of godliness but no power. The cross of Christ, the judgment of God and repentance of sin with the whole heart was never preached at the onset of their salvation.
