Running in Marseille' s Parc Pastré

To welcome in the new month of December, my friend and I decided to go for an interval training workout in Marseille's charming Parc Pastré before deciding to go for a 45 minute swim at La Point Rouge just down the road.
The water was 17°C (62°F) and the air temp 13°C (55°F)
