Dear, you cut this sleeve with your around armhole measurement divided by 2, or divide your bust circumference by 6, then whatever you will get after dividing it by 6, you then add 1.5 inch to that and work with it,then you add some inches for the pleats on the upper part of the sleeve.
Make sure after pleating you get your around armhole measurement exact, then attach it to your dress.❣️
