Your comprehension skills are pretty subpar. She said she's gonna cook the pizza on oven paper then a pause and then she said that the pizzas normally come with a cardboard piece on the bottom and that she thinks it makes it taste like cardboard. It's clear she threw it away.

I did this a lot as a student when I could get a hold of frozen pizza that has a decent crust on it. If you don’t have time for the whole shebang, just caramelise some onions and you’re good to go.

I always hook up frozen pizza, french bread pizzas are incredibly easy to elevate, I use season salt, garlic powder, dried herbs and olive oil to make something boring into something delicious.
I like this host and the "hangover cures" concept of her show... It's her guests though.
They are consistently awful, the sports drink fountain is kind of great though lol

I was always taught not to wash the mushrooms, even if they're dirty, just use damp cloth. Also, when caramelizing the onions you may want to make the cut lengthwise instead because on the inside of the onion is a thin membrane that separates the layers and does not break down when cut widthwise or when exposed to heat.
It really depends on the mushroom. White button mushrooms can take the water. It’s OK. Cremini‘s can take a little water. Son can portobellos. Chanterelle mushrooms, don’t even think about it. Rag only. Enoki - rag only. Shitakes - rag only.

I'm not sure if it was just a joke that went over my head or if she really just admitted to baking frozen pizzas with the cardboard. Just to be clear for those unaware, the cardboard isn't meant to be baked along with the pizza.
Only thing I would recommend.....is adding garlic! Looks great though!
That's a lot of work for scam cooking. My approach is, take a Tony's pizza, cook it most of the way, then add fistfuls of shredded mozzarella and finish cooking it - quality of humble Tony's is dramatically improved.
