Welcome to Sonia Barton Channel, In this Channel I share various kind of dishes/recipes in my style which is very simple to make with ingredients available at home and can be easily understood so that anyone and everyone can make it. Ingredients:
For Kofta:
Boiled Potato -2
Paneer/ Cottage Cheese - 100gms
Chopped Green Chillies:2-3
Chopped Cilantro
Red chilly powder-1 tsp
Garam masala -1 tsp
Plain flour / Maida :4-5tsp & also for binding
Oil for frying kofta
Chopped Cashews
For Puree:
Oil-2tbspn
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Cinnamon stick -1 (2inch)
Bayleaf -1
Cloves-2
Green cardamom-2
Black pepper:5-6
Medium sized Onion-1
Medium Tomatoes-2
Salt to taste
Handful of chopped cashews or as per choice
For Gravy:
Oil-1 tbspn
Butter-1 tsp
Red chilly powder-1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste -11/2 tsp
Coriander powder-2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/4th tsp
Tomato ketchup :1-2 tbspn
Dried fenugreek leaves - 1 tbspn
Cooking Cream - as per choice
Chopped Cilantro

Yesterday i tried all the three recipes
kadae paneer, malae kofta, pindi chole of yours for my party and everyone was like u must have ordered from some Indian five star hotel hahaha i was soo happy with all the compliments i received just becoz of u.. Even my italian foreign frnds also loved .. Again tried it today,i added kishmish also inside alongwith cashew,mast mast bana,maza aa gya jee,enjoyed with kadak ghee roti and salad,tysm for this delicacy 😇👍💐this time i added tomato sauce as u suggested instead of honey or sugar so it's better,as we don't like sweeter taste 😂👍
