Oh my god. This is not a role play. This is a straight movie. The intro itself was better than most movies I’ve seen. It was so well made I’m literally in awe.
I agree - he has created a compelling character in an evocayive world- your own mind takes cues from his behavior , the shop he inhabits, his focus in crafting clothing for his client - just great work...you have to watch and go along for the ride.

That opening felt like it was a scene in a movie. I’m not even interested in watching a movie about a tailor but I was so interested in the story in that short time that I would have watched a movie about a tailor. The angles, the sounds, the cinematography. Directors should hire you
My Grandad was a bespoke tailor post WW2, the entire first few minutes of this had me in unexpected tears. Such a beautiful craft and you really nailed the nostalgia.
This gave me that same exact feeling as when the old dude was fixing woody in one of the toy stories, only a half hour version instead of just 2min, absolute masterpiece!
Honestly in my opinion, anyone who says they don’t like asmr probably doesn’t want to seem “weird”. I use to act like I didn’t watch it whenever the topic was brought up (which happens often surprisingly) because I didn’t want people to think I was weird. Of course this doesn’t apply to everyone because people may have different reasons haha ?? Wow I wrote too much just for a comment but it’s okay I have nothing else to do :/
What I love about this beside the incredible visuals and acting/script ect is that the triggers/ actual asmr feel natural and unintentional. Your not vigorously tapping things or constantly making a gazillion mouth sounds, your letting the relaxing sounds come naturally and I absolutely love it!

Into generally looks like some top notch quality scene in a movie, where a man discovers his fathers sewing machine and as he slowly pieces it together he remembers his childhood flash before him as a calm, tranquil, soft piano is playing in the background. Honestly this is how I want most movies to begin..slow but peaceful.

I used to think I was strange for getting so chill by certain sounds. One day I searched computer typing and it opened a whole new world of relaxation! Does anyone else feel an extreme amount of nostalgia when watching the opening? It makes me always think of the scene in Toy Story 2 where Woody is getting sewn up and restored by the old restorationist.
My grandfather was a tailor, unfortunately he is unable to use his sewing machine as he has lost almost 85% of his vision and can’t use his fingers properly, but he gets so much satisfaction out of me and my cousins using the sewing machine, he taught us, and also he LOVES to listed to these types of things, I showed him this months ago and he still listens to it to this day. You’ve done an AMAZING job and I really appreciate your effort and the care you put into these, it affects people so much more then you may know❤️🙏🏼✨

I’m not an ASMR person but this sort of semi-realistic scenario where you aren’t overloading the microphone with lips smacks and such is a very calming experience - great work!
This is genuine ASMR, the whole mouth stuff is just people running out of ideas for triggers. The ASMR that is like this which uses true noises to trigger your senses is the kind I love
I know this is years after you made this, and you've worked on this series and others, but I absolutely adore not only the production quality here, the cinematic previews of everything where you set up the scenes, but the most interesting thing is they're color-coded characters and settings. That visual aspect of your playlists being side by side is what gives that good introductory tingle to set the whole thing on fire.
I'm gonna show this to my mom. She's a really good tailor. She still uses her 80s old sewing machine. I also love the green shades. This is not just ASMR.🤧
My mom breaks out her old sewing machine sometimes. It’s a super heavy duty one made for sewing sails for ships. I have no idea how it works or really much interest in it, but it is fun to watch sometimes.

My grandfather was a tailor, unfortunately he is unable to use his sewing machine as he has lost almost 85% of his vision and can’t use his fingers properly, but he gets so much satisfaction out of me and my cousins using the sewing machine, he taught us, and also he LOVES to listed to these types of things, I showed him this months ago and he still listens to it to this day. You’ve done an AMAZING job and I really appreciate your effort and the care you put into these, it affects people so much more then you may know❤️🙏🏼✨

I know this is years after you made this, and you've worked on this series and others, but I absolutely adore not only the production quality here, the cinematic previews of everything where you set up the scenes, but the most interesting thing is they're color-coded characters and settings. That visual aspect of your playlists being side by side is what gives that good introductory tingle to set the whole thing on fire.

My mom breaks out her old sewing machine sometimes. It’s a super heavy duty one made for sewing sails for ships. I have no idea how it works or really much interest in it, but it is fun to watch sometimes.
