What a man Krishnamurti was. Everything Krishnamurti said is very clear to me personally. Krishnamurti was the master of questioning - the questions he raised over the course of his lifetime were phenomenal. The question is the always the answer, that's the beauty and the paradox. I would like to personally thank the creators, the staff, the people 'behind the scenes' so to speak, who keep this channel going, and make this content available. You must know how valuable this content is. It's not for everyone, as most people are so wrapped up in there own personal worth and needs. But just for the fact this channel is available, means literally anyone could stumble across these videos, intentionally or unintentionally, and that in itself is it's worth. All the best, Ricky.
There is nothing wrong recongnizing one's own viloence as we are either born with it and/or have been surrounded and influenced by the environment . What is wrong and harmful is not no see and recognize it as such. Thank you K !🙏
We are also children of nature, right? And to see that part of nature is aggressive, violent and so on... So we are - very obviously so - also aggressive and violent and so on ... if we want or not. Its part of our heritage. Right?
@@shermansheeshwood7803 Heritage , does not mean you have to keep it for ever as such. The heritage is a starting point and needs to be transformed into a much better asset before transmitting it to others. To me what K suggests is to go to the deepest level of oneself and to transform the whole heritage into a very useful and quite loving thing for the generations to come.
Observe the fact that when I am angry, the feeling is not separate from me, I am anger itself. Trying to suppress or control is only separating myself from the fact.
Its a way of verbalizing the thing at hand. “I _will_ do something about _that.”_ Implies you have control, which you dont. This creates the feeling of being separate from nature. “I do these things, this is who i _am.”_ Then i can see what i am, what i do, how i behave, how i speak. Why does one need to act good? That mean one is not good. Be what you are, if you care, you will naturally care.
Are you wearing a set of masks? Those "masks" are you, your so called "true self" is always. Why do we say we wear masks? Is it to offshore responsibility?
This is where our friend, David Bohm, the physicist may have been intrigued by the notion of being angry only once lol. The statement may be nonsensical to the average person. But K had a grasp of the nature of time of which physicists seek to understand. So, thought operates in relative time. In observation of the whole of it all fragments of time and the angry moments are embedded in the unitary movement of space-time. Space-time being endless and expanding- immeasurable.
u didnt understand. suppression would again be an act of violence. you need to go back - fear rises from authority, and authority rises because we dont act independetly. We dont change ourselves.
Jiddu had an extraordinary mind, I see some of the things he imaged out but still I fail to grasp some of them. Whenever I listen to him, I really feel something..........I don't know how to call it, I think he touches me.
Imo: that is because he speaks and watches from a total different state . he went through a long process that involved a kind of transformation. Why nobody can really grasp his words is, because he was a butterfly and we are (still) caterpillars. We feel we could (and should) be like him, but we yet are not. And it has no use, trying to imitate him.
I consider K as having been born without an ego (or having evolved into an egoless state very fast). This allows to understand how an egoless mind functions . On the other side of the "speaker" (K) lies the "listener" (us). When the "speaker" is egoless then the filter of not understanding what is said comes from the resistance/ignorance caused by the ego(s) of the listener(s). This is how one can efficiently listen to K's talks: being in constant resistance of one's own ego until its resorption : This needs hard work as some egos seem even harder than a rock !
Unfortunately, I was witness to one shocking behavior by revered teacher JK during his public talk Adyar. Angrily, he pointed out one attendee to get out for the talk to continue. JK told the shocked audience that the person was staring at him and disrupts.
At times, or perhaps most of the time, what we see is not necessarily what it truly is. I have also seen that dialogue, but I did not perceive any anger in it. Certain disruptive elements, akin to naughty kids, may require a firm approach in dealing with them. As he has pointed out that the observer is the observed.
They call it the battle of life. Everithing is fighting. Plants fight each others. Lion figlhts to be te king of the jungle and so on. It is a silly vision. The nature as a ring. That's a distortion of reality in order to justify their wars for profits. They fight for fame, money, success, freedom, peace and even love. Americans don't make a movies without a fight. They imagine that in the future human beings keep on fighting each other. I don't think so. I think that if we go on this way, there will be no future for human beings. We are stupid, idiots. Landing on the moon does not mean anything. We are learning that we cannot live outside the Earth, so we must be careful about what we have and with the others.

Same here. Just one time. It started about 60 years ago.
Say it out loud - oh I am angry. 😡turns to 😂
This man’s words are so profound.

Thank you so much KFT. Finally I can see everything clearly.
From fear rises hate, from hate rises anger, from anger rises violence. If you supress fear, you supress violence.
Not suppress but have none at all in the first place
supression is an act of violence, isn't it?

He touches your mind, heart and brain simultaneously in a unique way. His teachings are unparalleled.
One of the greatest philosophers ever born in the world. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I was searching for this video last night and didn't find it, thank you for re-uploading
I just understood why he always refers to him as the speaker or "he". He observed himself and therefore talked about the observed, not the observer.
Please explain??
There is no separate person named Krishnamurti. There is only the action of speaking in the moment.
Let us assume “you don’t have idea of personal self called me or I. In that state of mind, what will you call yourself when you are speaking?
Anger always comes from the ego, the dragon inside. Not an easy task to transcend it.
he is the world teacher.
The greatest and sharpest🙏❤
nice video
"Is it possible to understand the nature of violence and be free of it?" Such an important question we must all ask ourselves.
"...and anyone capable of reflection is bound to see that the nature of greed, anger, and delusion is the buddha nature..." Bodhidarma

I remember seeing that on video. I think K. was getting towards the end of his life then and got a bit kranky. Shame that it happened.
