Correct. You see how everything has been inverted. 2:48 Earth shattering. Absolutely earth shattering. The biggest bullies (the most damaged (doing evil, most of them without awareness) people) are the ones who are the most well adjusted to the society. “It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.” - Jiddu Krishnamurti Absolutely. The problem is this is normalized and they believe they are actually doing good. In fact, this is the most evil segment of society. Krishnamurti used to call them “ordinary people” and warned not to become like them. The inversion of the truth.
I think you are right about Will, to desire is focused. Which in turn could mean, ridged. Remove desire, and go with the flow, brings a whole new meaning to: Blend In. After all, everything is in flux. All in all, and all in All.
Only 3 comments for this extraordinary commentary? Damn... everyone must have gone deaf and blind. This Krishnamurti commentary is out of the park, over the lights [and the scoreboard] and across the street with bases loaded. What a winner!!! Thanks LOADS, for posting this! ✨🥴👍✨
@@flourlesscake3143 Thanks flourless...! In this short video, Krishnamurti addresses an aspect of something extremely important to understanding Absolute Truth, and that is will, which is desire, the compelling force of existing, of Being Itself. "Bordeom" and "monotony" are merely other labels for addictive cravings to experiencing appearances/objects that lead →away from Absolute Truth (i.e., "The Pathless Path"). It is so easy to assume you get it just because you understand his words, to mistake intellectual knowledge for real, personal, experiential knowledge. But that comes undone and is exposed by living life and watching what you actually do, not what you think you do. I say 'you' I mean myself.
in our daily lives, nowadays this is impossible, we are lost because whether we want to or not we depend on the will of the great power of money, status, position. How many civilizations have disappeared, we will disappear too. We have learned nothing throughout the century that has passed by us.
I get it, and yet I felt as though I wish I was a very willful person. I have always admired willful people (so long as they were not obnoxiously so) J Krishnamurti is obviously exerting energy to deliver this speech, but in the context in which he is talking about will, his speech may be somewhat effortless. He is listening so attentively to his senses, surrendering his will to them, that his actions are much better informed, and so, his Yin and Yang are in better harmony. Not like a Yang that is trying to do things in spite of the Yin.
just by asking the question 'can we be free of fear' a clearing and lightness can be felt right away... giving yourself permission instead of waiting for another to do so.
Whether there is a holistic movement which means what ? There is no holistic movement now . Lets see this movement very closely . This line came after the previous line but there was a pause between the two lines however small or big that pause was. Its still part of that movement. If you read this whole thing in totality , you see the whole and not dwelling on any part. This is what could be termed as a flow.

Will, according to the dictionary: noun the faculty of conscious and deliberate action; the power of control the mind has over one's actions: The teacher has chosen by her own will to create a whole new curriculum. power in choosing one's own actions: A major factor in success is whether you have have a strong or a weak will. I would risk saying life without it is depression. What can happen is inner conflict or not. In other words, with too much conflict, will gets distorted. For instance: to take drugs, overeating, etc. or to practice physical activity? The matter might not be about will, but about inner conflict distorting will, which renders the question: how to keep will from being distorted by inner conflict? Given inner conflict has roots on the externalities - people, institutions, self-image, etc. -, it is certain to occur.
It takes a lot of 'action of will' to examine life. Why throw the baby out with the bathwater? Any aspect of any concept can be used for any direction we choose; 'will' is just that.
He has divine self realized knowledge. No religion, no dogma, only self realized, experienced knowledge. 😲 Wow

Without any will ?? Probably be a lemon ??
Why dont you find out? Be aware when "will" is acting. The ego always takes what it has no control over, and. Claims it. Like it's a master plan.
