What a great railway the Great Central is. Cab rides are great, it makes you realise how well the railways were build. I miss the cab rides I used to have with my dad. thanks Merv

Unusual view Richard, better even than a cab view. Only drawback, with no access to the camera, can't wipe the lens but, the forces of nature did a fair job of clearing the raindrops. I suppose the gibberish in the chat can't really be helped; all seemed a bit pointless though. Including the word "live" in the description may have been a mistake though.😁

Happy new year Richard great cab ride on the great central railway which I think before they closed the rest of the line to Sheffield running through Beighton joining the midland mainline to Sheffield my layout is a fictitious line Beighton Parkway we have lots of disused railway bridges and tunnels along the old route of the grand central railway so it is great to see steam trains running how they would have looked at the bottom of my road to Sheffield and beyond there are quite a few videos about the line on RUclips thanks again for an amazing journey have you got any more plans to do any more

No, the camera has a curved lens which with allowed the drops to roll off.
That was great ,hope you didn’t catch cold sitting on that buffer beam mate ,😂really enjoyed that ,is the line going beyond the buffer stops one day ?,an extension ,Happy new year Richard hope little one had a nice first Christmas and dad got baby a train set I did with my two boy and girl ,all the best ,Mark 👍🏻😊

It was a special dining service, it stops there for lunch. 😊

Fast forward to 7:30 nothing happens until then.
Completely ruined by the weather! Why could you not have filmed a normal stopping service on a sunny day? I am originally from Leicester and would love to have seen the line in more favourable weather.
