Side note: I love how professional you are, there are a ton of med student channels I follow but idk what you do with the camera or if you worked as a new anchor but Love the channel and the medical school resource videos
I think it really depends on your goal, you said Costanzo is too thick and way too comprehensive, but if you use it to aid your medical school learning you might even find it lacking, if you use it to prepare for STEP1 then it might be too much. Although if your foundation in physio is already bad I wouldn't be against using it for STEP1 as well. Now Guyton to me is out of the question, it's incredibly in-depth, so unnecessarily excessive, it feels to me it's not geared towards medical students, and it would be suitable for people pursuing physiology academically. Although I know students sometimes reference Guyton I think it's unnecessary.
@Tom Goretzka Wow! I didn't know medical students actually read such a gigantic book. How do you find the time? And do you do this with all other subjects or just physio?
@Tom Goretzka May I ask how many hours you study typically in a day? And do you feel like yoi retain a good amount of the information you read or do you forget a lot?
@ex xe Just read First Aid and do Uworld and refrence Costanzo if you need in depth details on a topic. But generally for STEP1 you don't need a separate book for Physio that's my opinion
@@MarufKhan-g8e Simple takes lecture of medical gateway physio from utube...and then go through its notes ...it's will boost ur concepts and exam preparation 💯 percent

I’ve never been a news anchor or anything lol but thanks so much I really appreciate you saying that!!
Thank you so much
I am really benifitting from your videos.
Physeo actually doesn’t have that many physiology videos. They have more pathology videos and etc.

I’m not familiar with senbulingam so it’s hard for me to give a good answer unfortunately.
Linda constanzo better but still books are overrated
