would it be possible for you to do an updated version of this vid? i am mostly weighing physeo to bnb or to pathoma and am most wanting an increase in time efficiency for M1 year. I have been doing the schedule you did but on a 1.5 year preclinical which has proven almost impossible w bnb.
The two are still very similar. Pathoma was my favorite, but its not comprehensive. Physeo and B&B are now both pretty comprehensive for step 1 & 2. Physeo has some of the sketchy-like images so it's probably a better deal price-wise but you can't go wrong with either!
In my opinion, their anki cards were annoying, I just couldn't do them. It was pure rote memorisation style with little room for understanding. I liked their videos... but I like the workflow of watching a video then doing the cards; so I stuck with boards --> Cheesy lightyear. I know the Anking crew have included boards tagged cards in their deck, but as I'm based in the UK, I don't really need that level of detail. I tried it out, it was too much.
Lucky. haha I found that I often needed to know even more in-depth than what boards taught. I personally don't use the Physeo cards either though. I don't like the format style but I can see how someone who uses Physeo as their primary learning source then it might be helpful to use their decks. Good luck pounding through those cards!
@@AnKingMed I heard they updated their cards even more. I am now inclined to use their micro and pharm vids and ankis over sketchy because they are more updated. Do you recommend them? Or still go with Sketchy micro + lolnotacop and/or Sketchypharm + Zanking?
Yeah you can, but Physeo is no longer free even though they said it'll be '''free forever''. Do a lot of research on the resources to figure out which ones are for you before choosing;)
It’s definitely newer, but I’ve been really impressed. My favorite thing is that Physeo is free (or quite cheap) and sketchy keeps raising their prices significantly every year.
@@CyberSageZedd They both have their strengths and weaknesses. Pixorize has less content and only certain topics. Physeo is free and has a ton of stuff including sketches and other lecture videos. Physeo also has anki decks with their premium subscription

Do you think it would be too redundant/time consuming if you did these alongside Zanki/Anking Overhaul? How are you doing it?
I would pick and choose. So if you did biochem cards from Physeo, just don't do those cards from Zanki
Love their questions
Glad you like them!
Physeo good for anatomy?
Do you think I can substitute BnB for physeo?
You can choose to use whatever resource you prefer. There's no "one size fits all" as long as you're learning the material that will appear on Step 1.
@@AnKingMed In the sense that, Physeo has 17k cards and BnB 21k.
I'm worried I'll miss out on a lot of content (4k cards)

Can you do Anki cards on an Apple computer?

Sounds like Sketchy with less proven results?

It's not just got Sketchy style videos though!
@@AnKingMed How would you compare this with Pixorize? and which do you think is better?

@@AnKingMed Thank you!
