I know this video is 2years old. Any chance you can show how the swash plates are connected to the uniball? . I still can't wrap my head around that. Thanks
Thanx a lot iv been waiting fo this kind of video. I would love it if u do one video of a bell AB 412 control mixer versus it's parallel hydraulics. I guess mixers are the toughest part of helicopter controls.
Your video make me understand how does the helicopter work clearly explain to follow I have a dream to built some homemade helicopter . it possible if you kindly have some experientment please let me known I always follow . thank you so much.
Awesome! I love the collective, cyclic, anti-torque pedal movment, flight controls of helicopters. Looks like a Bell UH-1 Huey transmisson, swash plate, & rotor head shaft. its bent. what happen to it???
This is a great video thanks and can i know how the hub is connected to the mast ? like how does the mast involves in lifting all the weight where and how mast is connected. Im trying to build a big RC helicopter while learning myself with these videos on the internet and I couldnt find anything of that , (how mast takes all weight without getting off of the fuselage ) and what is jesus nut and how it involves to that. Thank you again sir ❤️❤️❤️❤️ if you have a little time pls reply me .that would be a large help for me to win my dream ❤️❤️
Thanks! I always wanted to see these details and here I succeeded with your help . 👍
We a A&P now retired from the airlines. It brings back old times
I have rebuilt these in the army, 20 years from rod end bearing to swash plate shiming
in your experience was there a lot of swash plate failures mid flight?
@@douglasfurlong1 no just a lot of re shim due to wear on the ball. And rod end bearing replacement

I would love to see how the swashplate is mounted to the uniball.
Hi. How are you doing 😊? I would like to know what materials is the support assy and sleeve made from.
How the rotor motion is brought up to the main rotor from the engine ?? 🤔🤔 through a shaft which is going through the swash plate or something ??

Rodney Leonard these are training aids for aircraft maintenance engineers. I’m not entirely sure of their history they were at my work before my time.
Could you please explain to us more how to remove and install the swashplate

Is the Uniball milled into a single part of the shaft?
Nice
whether the control stick can be broken if the propeller rotates sir??
Muhammad Zulfikri no, the controls are separated by the rotating and stationary swash plates. Then they never cross.
@@halhobenshield5931 thank you for information sir😁😁👍👍, I'm really afraid pitch link will break when the propeller starts spinning fast
I want to set up an experimental and the rotor presented at the beginning of the video I think it would be ideal, you could help me in this dream
Greetings
