Man that torch next to those straps was sketch! It's going look great when ya get it all done!
It was super sketchy! But I had the sleeper sitting on a 4x4 so it wouldn’t have been to bad! And thank you! I’m getting pretty excited to see the end product!
Yeah, not gonna lie probably one of my new favorite youtubers. Love the laid-back, goofy personality. Keep up the great work, man.
Thank you!! I really appreciate the support! I’ll keep the videos coming!
@Benjamin Marich for sure man. Definitely got a good rhythm of videos coming out. High way cruising, job site cruising, some wrenching. Good quality stuff man. Can't wait to see how the future projects turn out. 🤘🏼
Hey just letting you know you’re my new favourite RUclips channel. Have a 91 Pete and in the process of doing the same conversation. Keep the videos coming.
Hey, thank you! Its definitely a conversion worth doing, you wont regret it! I've got more videos coming!
Nice job brother now just need some bigger stacks and ur gonna be rollin in style
Oh yeah, we’ve got some big pipes waiting!
Looking real good!!
you look real good
hi very nice job can someone tell me the part number for the ring my peterbilt dealer do not know what this ring i swear i been looking for it for days now
How did you add the old style mounts on the new sleeper? You're doing a great job.
It's coming together better than I expected. What did you end up using for the rubber bushings? Every time I do a custom project I spend hours looking for a bushing that'll work and usually end up using some kind of old Ford suspension bushing. It's getting pretty cold up here in Idaho too, -22°F this morning.
Luckily the factory peterbilt mounts for the old sleeper worked, I've got the new bushings on the way! I guess I shouldn't complain about our weather to much its not quite -22!
@@MarichTrucking that's awesome that everything's coming together for you, seems like I always have to fabricate everything I do on projects. Ya that's without windchill. It's supposed to be -62°F 60 miles to the north in Island Park and West Yellowstone. We get -20 but not this early, we're only 2 days into winter. Lol...
Did you already rivet the ring into the cab? Not sure if I missed that part. Did it line up ok with the existing interior bracing?
Yes I did, I did a poor job of videoing it because it was a pain getting it all lined up and mounted to the bracing. Lots of measuring and cutting
Yessssss , man I love the new look 🙌🏼💯, keep it up man !!
Thanks man! Really appreciate it!! Hopefully we can get some paint on it soon and it’ll really look good!
Can’t wait too see it all one color , custom color or paint match ?
Gonna change the color up a bit, gonna go with a dark green!
@@MarichTrucking awesome can’t wait to see the difference!
Did you still have the sleeper air ride the you take off. I need does for my sleeper
Is looking 👍 good
Thank you!!
i think changing the truck would be easier🤔
Nope, gotta do it the hard way. 😂
@@samuelw.3992 he is young so not so hard for him ahaha
@@nãomedigafrivolidade it really isn’t that bad, you can do about everything with the right mindset.
@@samuelw.3992 mindset but strenght too,in his case.sorry my english writting is basic
@@nãomedigafrivolidade Yeah that would be easier, but this way is more fun and rewarding!
where can i buy the rings for this conversion?
I got them from peterbilt! Here is the part number R41-6009
what year is the blue sleeper?
I honestly don’t know I just bought it from a wrecking yard!
I think between 97- 04 it still has the old style door handles
You look like a smoker version of cleetus mcfarland
