Peterbilt 379 Side Dump Trucking Vlog - Big Quality Dumps
In this video I was hauling some crusher fines or hardpack from a pit at the point of the mountain in Utah. I was hauling them south to Lindon. We were just stock piling the material and the hauling some Xout off of the job. I took several Quality Dumps that day.

I brought my truck to the Great Salt Lake Truck Show this year and had a blast! I spent 99% of my time meeting new people and shaking lots of hands! Thank you to everyone who came up and said hi. In this video I had Ty with Rockstar Polishing come by and polish some of my stainless. After that I did some quick polishing on my drive wheels. The other day I swapped out my breather lights for some glass watermelon lights, and they look way better! I ended up putting some JML Kustoms led bulbs in and somehow lost the footage of that. I learned a trick that works pretty good to figure out the right height for mudflaps on OTR trucks... you wait until you get a load weight right at 34 on your drives. Then you install them half an inch away from the ground. That way you can have a notion of what the weight on your drives is without using a scale when you're loaded.

You have a beautiful truck. I’m curious, when you dump a side dump, does the material your hauling get all over the wheels and tires on whatever side you’re dumping on?
Thank you! When I dump, the material definitely gets all up in the wheels and tires on my trailer, but generally it doesn’t get in the wheels on my truck

Thanks! Honestly I didn’t know about super jakes, so I doubt that they are! Haha
The jake housing will say 349A on the side. That's how you will know if they are super jakes. They're super rare and hard to come by.
I seen that job I supposed to be on it knowing what I seen on that job I’m glad I got called off it since I pulled a six axle to bad I couldn’t work with you that would have been fun!
Dang that would have been sweet if you were there! But that job is definitely a little tight especially for a 6 axle!
