How To Downsize Sentimental Items - Simplify Your Life | Emotional Journey

One of the hardest things about downsizing can be getting rid of sentimental items which has emotional value to you. But these things can really pile up - they did for me - and in this video I'll be sharing some of my advice in downsizing your sentimentals.
It's important to not be too hard on yourself, and also to take time; for me, it took about a year, and it's important not to rush this process. :)
