Again and again, thank Harriet for this tutorial. It was so pleasant to do it. And once again, the way of teaching is really remarkable, we can feel your benevolence. I enjoy very much painting all these flowers.
Again, so wonderful to continue to build on what we've already learned! Your whole tutorial approach is so well-structured, and I'm really appreciating the accumulation of knowledge and technique that I feel I'm gaining as a relative beginner. Having multiple opportunities to practice what I'm learning while creating something that's consistently getting more lovely as I'm developing skill and confidence is such a pleasure.
I love your tutorials... And guess Harriet you gave me so much strength that my parents gave me the permission to buy me camlin watercolors tubes of artist quality...my sister gonna to order those..soonI would be trying out ur tutorials.. Love from me ~Saras❤❤
So beautiful!!! I would really loved a tutorial of the hydrangea that’s in your book. I tried to do it so many times ! But my result is so depressing 😭
May I make a suggestion? Or ask something of you? Could you tell us what colors you will use and what size brushes we will need before you begin everything? If we know in the beginning what we need we can get them together so we may paint along with you easier. I get stressed over doing a painting with a professional but I am more relaxed if I can gather my tools right away and begin with you and not have to scurry about to get the brushes and colors. I appreciate your work so much and I only suggest this to be able to do the paintings well.
wonderful tutorial (as usual) Perhaps you could consider adding merchandise on your site that says "I have a tiny bit of fluff on my brush" It would make a great tote bag 😂
It is really marvellous to paint with you, you give so many details, that we are not lost when we are painting. Thank you very much. Can you tell me what is the size of your paper, because I use a large page 27x 35 cm, I don't know in your unity of measure.
Great video again thanks Harriet. I've been looking at you Patreon site and am interested in the watercolour challenges. Is it possible for you to give me a brief outline of what these involve? Many thanks.
Hi Jules, yes, the patreon differs from youtube first with my aim: Patreon is all about building your confidence as a painter giving you the skills to compose your own pieces rather than just copying my tutorials like on youtube. For the sweet pea and cherry blossom tiers this means a weekly watercolour challenge which is a long form filmed tutorial which will be building upon a large project that we'll work on for a few weeks. We have done a lot on trees and house painting and we are embarking on landscapes and different types of buildings. The cherry blossom is the newest tier and this will include a monthly livestream paint along too. I also have a close friends list on instagram for my patreons where you get extra insight into my painting process there and lots of mini tutorials and extra content that I share whilst painting my commissions. There are 4 tiers. Forget me not is just £2 a month and no reward, just shoeing your support. £3 a month is the daisy tier where you get added to my close friend instagram list. Sweet Pea (£8) is the weekly watercolour challenge and the IG close friends. Cherry Blossom (£12) is all of that plus a monthly livestream paint along.

Thanks Marlene, it’s all in the episode notes with links to buy as well!
So I recommend you have a read of that before beginning x
@@deWintonPaperCo oh golly I'm so sorry. I apologize. I usually always look there first too. Gee I feel foolish now. Thank you Harriette

Hi Karima, thank you. I tend to use 6x9 inch pieces of paper when filming so they fit on the screen!

de Winton Paper Co. Thanks for supplying more details on the challenges. I certainly enjoy painting trees and landscapes so that's very tempting.
I use Arches cold or hot pressed! Which one is your paper close too?
Cold pressed every time for me!
Thanks!
