@@karliinoharma9008 I don't know about the current ones but the ones with the powertape have a plastic insole board that might break in half after half a season already so you don't have any responsiveness or stability/stiffness with your sole anymore. Since both generations feature the same soleplate this issue might not be gone... apart from that they are good boots 👍
Josh, the puma match boots with laces nowadays are a hugh hit in the market in my area but I haven't seen any reviews of them. It would be really helpful if you have a look at them🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
Josh you said for length they are true to size, but for previous Future models you have said they ran a smidge long. Did that actually change with the new model or is it more or less the same as it always was?
I own them, they’re good but they tighten up near the toe box a little if not taken care of regularly. The insole also tears up because it’s just a foam pad. However they are great boots otherwise👍
Thanks man, I just bought the ftr 7 ultimates but after seeing a lot of negative reviews of the soleplate and the studs I came back to the ftr 7 pro and saw that there was almost no difference and could really be more playable on AG pitches because of the more round studs and the extra plastic on the soleplate which might help with it not coming loose so quickly. So again, thank you for this review and now Im gonna return the ultimates and buy the pros
For me I really love the feeling of “restricted” when using the Ultimate, good lockdown and feel really confident when playing laceless. The Pro don’t provide that so in my opinion they’re okay, not impressive Btw, I would use the word “useless” for the PowerTape one the Pro 😂
Hey Josh, really love your videos. been following you for a while. I needed your suggestions. I am looking for a a TF or IC boot that is super super flexible. Super flexible and not too tight in the toebox. Any particular shoe you would recommend? Thanks man!
Ive got a question ive really been wanting an answer for Could you please tell me should i buy the puma future pro turf or the nike mercurial vapor 15 pro turf or the nike tiempo legend 10 pro turf?
Regarding the weight.. I don't know. I now have four pairs of Ultra 1.4's and in my US 8.5, they weigh 5.2oz. So when these wear out and I have to move on, everything will feel heavy to me :/
I got a pair of the Future 7 Match level boots. I was at a Puma factory store and got them because they fit the shape of my foot really well. So far, I’ve had them about a week and used them about an hour every day. I like them a lot. The outer is grippy. The stud pattern works great on FG. The only criticism I have at the moment is that the elastic collar does seem to be a little stretched out. For $90 (you can probably find them cheaper-but I have the dark blue with gold colorway that I cannot seem to find anywhere online. EDIT: never mind, found them at dick’s sporting goods), they’re better than the Adidas Copa Gloro that I bought last year.
Hi Josh...prices on these are coming down on Unisport. if you played 85% on 3G AG, would you go Puma Future 7 Pro MG or Nike Legend Tiempo 10 Pro AG? I can get both about the same price. Thanks!!!
I’d argue they’re more comfortable, with almost everything else compared to the Ultimate being the same. Considering they’re also $100 less, like I talk about in the video, I’d feel bad paying $240 for the Ultimates
Hey josh 👋 I am a striker and I am looking for a new pair of football boots, I have 2 options to go for first one is the Nike phantom gx 2 academy and the other one is puma future 7 pro….can you please recommend me which one should I go for?
*Possibly dumb question* Is it risky to wear two different boots on each foot If they have the same/similar stud pattern (for example Copa on the right and X Crazyfast on the left) I don't plan on doing this I just wondered
To the surprise of absolutely no one who had last year’s Future pro, the Future 7 Pro delivers again!
Except for the durability 😢
@@teoskillz lol yeah except that 😂
@@teoskillzDurability really that bad on the 7’s? or both?

If your kid is having heel pain which is common in growing kids the upper one might be better, with the bladed rear studs.
We need reviews on Acsis soccer cleats.
I LOVE Asics! See Noah Cavanaugh. He lives in Australia and can get them much easier so he reviews them often.
sounds just like most future pro reviews from last year. hence why i got future pros for $75 on clearance last fall 😎
Hey, Josh. Please review the Adler Yatagarashu. It is being touted as the Mizuno Morelia II MIJ Killer.
What about puma future match is it good for normal play and what does it offer compared to the super expensive ones
Z1.4s were great. Don’t know why they needed to mess with it.

Upper 90 football did a review on them

Now do morelia pro's 😉

Hey pls make a review on the future 7 match
Will you review the Pro+ version?

how do you tie your boot like that please do share

Actually it looks like this is not the first takedown model josh i see there is something called pro+ and nobody knows why :)
Which is better: Nike Phantom GX2 Pro or Puma Future 7 Pro?

Some reviewer say for puma future half size down, in true size there were more space in toebox. What is your comment for this?

Are they making a true AG version?
They have the MG that's great.
They might make it better because they make more profit making the cheaper one than the expensive boots.
how is the durability on these?any sole seperation? should i get these or nike vapor mercurial 15 or adidas predator league?
Hi Josh...prices on these are coming down on Unisport. if you played 85% on 3G AG, would you go Puma Future 7 Pro MG or Nike Legend Tiempo 10 Pro AG? I can get both about the same price. Thanks!!!
Will they last a year? Like if i buy them this summer will they last me till the next one?
Any plan for another outlet soccer cleats find video 😂🙏
They’re better than Nike mercurial vapor pro?
Do you recommend puma future pro mg or legend pro ag?
Hi! Do you recommend me the puma future 7 pro or the Adidas predator pro? Nice video!!
The adidas pro aren’t good you should get the adidas predator league or these puma future
How do these compare to Vapor 15 elite?
Are they durable
Would you recommend me these or the adidas x crazyfast ag 2/3 ( the multi stud version )? I play on artificial grass btw
I’m not too upset I was able to get my top end ones for 115 USD
just a quick question to the peeps, how long do these boots take to break in? Thanks in advance!
so.... how are they better than the expensive ones?
Price he considers price

Is puma how can they lose to Nike or adidas

Pros
Same choose. GX2 Academy or Puma Future 7 Pro?
Puma Future 7 Pro or Nike Tiempo Legend 10
Can you wear these on artificial grass? Doesn’t really look like it’s an AG boot even though puma claims them to be
Puma claims they’re hybrids so I guess they will work on both
You could, but Puma makes a MG variant that's a more true-AG type and is really good
Is this a more for wider or slim feet boot ?
I would say wider
They'll work for most types
Why are the porn bots everywhere?
Hey Josh,
Would you be comfortable, safety wise, to consistently wear the Future 7 Pros on artificial grass? They are marketed as FG/AG.
Thanks!
Top end models are overrated
😂Thumbnail????
PowerTape is the worst football boot technology right now and definitely in the top 10 for the worst ever it does nothing
Nah mate, these are shit
can you review the pro+?
*Possibly dumb question* Is it risky to wear two different boots on each foot If they have the same/similar stud pattern (for example Copa on the right and X Crazyfast on the left)
I don't plan on doing this I just wondered
I wouldn't necessarily say that's it's risky, I just don't know why you would need or want to do that?
