It was obtained through hacking. Its legit. Its meant to be a secret for a reason you know... There are always unused songs in pokemon games, like a few Johto tracks in Ruby and Sapphire. Also the intro to Ruby and Sapphire was found in Diamond and Pearl. You don't see those on Itunes do you?
