Not to be a Karen or one that bitch’s and complains about every little thing. Which I’m not. I love the channel and what you’re doing. I have an 89 k1590 and a 94 c1500 currently working on. Enjoying watching and learning different stuff from different people. BUT, as a parent to my disabled son, when you described how your water heater was acting by using the “R” word. That’s not ok. People should really re-evaluate the words they use for different things so you don’t anger the people it offends. To people in my situation and would lay my life down for my son. The “R” to me is just as offensive as using the “N” word in front of an African American. Just a heads up. Enjoyed watching your videos up to this point. Wish you luck with all of your future endeavors.

First and foremost, I am sorry you were offended by something I said. I don't refer to people as Karen's or what ever the current negative naming people are using these days. Life is short, i prefer to lift people up then putting them down. To me you are Kelley based on your profile name 😉
Its hard to convey emotion in a text or chat, i hope this is seen as conversation and not an attack or correction, which it is not. I only mean to explain my point of view for the word that offended you. I would never use the term to describe or label a person. The actual definition of the term you are referring to is the slowing of progress. A scientific definition drilled into us engineers or scientists in college. In my defense, a flood and costly repair definitely fits that description. Unlike the n word you mentioned which is a derogatory term or slang used as an attack on people of color. Another word I'm also not fond of. All things aside sounds like you are a rock star parent. Our children are the future and should always come first. Have an amazing day 👍
