Great to put solar panels all 4 townhouses and the price is fantastically affordable. I placed it in my investment video portfolio. This townhouse unit is just the right size for a small family. Very clean yet functional. As Julia said, OC ung gumawa ng bahay and the price, oh my, truly a great catch!
What is it with Julia and front doors? It's so cute! 💗💗💗 Julia and the front door thing aide, I agree with Julia that this is the most beautiful 1 car port home that I have ever seen in their house tours or any house tour that I've seen so far. I noticed that It has CCTVs installed in the house. For its price, I believe that it is worth the asking price. I'd love to buy the model unit because of the side garden if I had the money. The design, though the house is small, they got out of the box to make it extra special (most specially the common T&B on the 2nd floor). You don't normally see on houses of the same size the kind of unique design we saw on this house tour. The stairs and the windows on the wall along the stairs are nothing short of dramatic and gorgeous (specially when the sun is setting, when the color of the sky meets the wall opposite the windows). Presello, Julia, well done on another beautiful house tour! I'm not a fan of town houses, but this one is top shelf from all the house tours you guys have done. 😊 God bless and more power to you guys!
Simple, very practical and reasonable ang space even the bedrooms. maayos ang lay out ng bahay, maganda yung ventilation, this is somewhere in las pinas tapos 9-11M only? Nice
this is a very good amount of space if you wanted to consider living alone because let us admit it, we will not all be into married life. i wanted to consider living alone and this is just a right amount of space for me, not too claustrophobic and not too big to be maintained. plus the price, its worthy of it. more of this presello. more of houses whom people who wanted to live alone might consider plus i love your condo tours. more of it pls ☺️

It's the intro/OBB so it's necessary. Plus they upload Sneak Peek video before the full house tour so you'll still see everything 😂 You can always skip though if you want a surprise :)
I've seen smaller, uglier, and less well-thought out townhomes in Metro Manila that are far more expensive than this. Kudos to the owners/builders for producing a truly quality product while still putting on a very reasonable price tag. This is one of my favorite houses so far.
Gushing over the house too...very well made and beautifully built indeed. Downside for me is a provision for the refrigerator. Other than that this house is perfect ❤️❤️❤️ Plus the way Julia presented it and really emphasized the laid out manila paper. A 3rd floor would've been nice too for additional bedrooms and even laundry room.

I think this is one of the nicest townhouse I’ve seen. Yung sa within Manila-Quezon City sobrang mamahal pero parang walang mga ventilation. 👌🏼
Maganda yung ventilation since corner unit sya. Walang garden, glass door sa dining at balcony yung ibang unit 😅
