I think I understand it now
Instead of generalising what we write about, we should make our content more personal or more specific. Making our lyrics more than just general is as equivalent to a miner digging deep { the deeper you dig, more chances you have to strike gold. } So the more specific you get you get lyrically, the easier it is for listeners to communicate/understand your music, but it also makes writing music music easier and more efficient.
