This was not sexual harassment. I have no clue whether O'Reilly sexually harassed anyone, but based on this women's story, she wasn't sexually harassed. From what I've seen of O'Reilly, my feeling is that he is egotistical and sometimes treats people rudely or discourteously because he knows he can.

Im confused??? If this is sexual harrassment then us men are truly doomed because Dr. Walsh is implying something which didnt happen and she declined his offer in his suite. Whether O'Reilly felt he didnt trust her later on is subjective. It seems the boundaries of sexual harrassment can extend to non verbal implications. Bill harassed her but she thought it.

greg j -->> among the MANY accusers, there is a tape recording of the one. So no I don't question that some if not most allegations are true.

My beliefs politically are right of center. I used to enjoy watch O'Reilly. When a women says no that means NO. If she is a coworker in any capacity there should never be any thought of spending the evening with her for enjoyment unless she explicitly asks to do so. Just better not to engage in that type of interaction with a coworker or any female you work with in any capacity. When at work be a professional. Mr. O'Reilly you had great political views and a super show and I hope legally you are innocent, but come on man!!! There are way to many fish in the sea. Again, I hope this did not go the way Dr. Walsh explains it. - UPDATE (for me) : Other ladies are accusing you as well? You are a Republican and should always act as a gentleman!!!

I don't believe her. Her lawyer is Lisa Bloom, daughter of the infamous Gloria Allred. Nuff said! - Brenda Roberts

"He totally ignored me." - Um yea.. He asked you up to his room, and you shot him down. That's the end of the conversation. If it were me, you woulda' walked in that bar alone.

if he had actually done something improper i would be the first to complain and ask for punishment - i still fail to see the harm she suffered - sounds like sour grapes to me - a hope for some notoriety

We used to have a word for guys like this: jerk. I don’t understand why you sue. If I ran the network and heard of his behavior I’d meet with him. Question this. Tell him that it’s just strange and unacceptable and fire him.
