[TAS] Yume 2kki: All Effects in

You guys asked for it, here it is. An updated TAS of All Effects, and it's quite the improvement too!
NOTE: i did a mistake in Japan Town where I go into the back alley in an unoptimal way which wastes about 5 seconds, so instead you should enter on the very first one you see.
I managed to shave off yet another 42 seconds from my last All Effects TAS thanks to new routing and much, much better RNG.
I also have to thank dzzy for coming up with this route! Without them this wouldn't have been possible at all!
The odds of getting a run like this are less than 1 in 14 billion, so don't use red instructions for this category cuz you won't need them.
I really hope that this TAS holds for at least a few months, because I really don't want to do the same category for the 4th time...
