My grandmother had the something for years. But over the years she notice every time she ate onions it would start hurting for days. She still has these pains when she eats certain food. He should get it checked out if he hasn’t for food allergies.

It's extreme anxiety dude. I had insane stomach problems when I was growing up. I was always in pain always nauseated and I'd be in the hospital very often. I've been on medication for a long time but I honestly didn't think I'd make it when I was young
I definitely feel him. He’s definitely having a depressive episode. Him saying I’ll be back and everything is him trying to “fake it till you make it “

I really feel for Daequan. Dealing with health issues and navigating the U.S. Healthcare system is no joke: it's not only physically and mentally draining, but also financially draining. Medical bills can also add to more stress and depression, especially if treatments are not covered by insurance. Kudos to him for trying to remain optimistic regarding each new year being "his year" and opening the doors to an honest conversation regarding mental health. I hope that his health and his family's health has improved and he is able to live the life that he loves.
I don't like Fortnite but this man is a clear legend. Hope he gets better.

Damn bro this vid hits hard, this guy used to be my favourite youtuber and hadnt heard anything of him in like a year sad to hear all that has happened to him and hopefully he gets better
So, from my own personal experiences for 15+ years, he could very well have a bowel disease. I personally have Ulcerative Colitis of which I had to see 8+ doctors just for a diagnosis and it got so bad my mum literally pleaded with doctors because she thought I wasn’t going to make it. He could very likely have Colitis, Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn’s Disease which are all very painful and can cause anxiety and/or depression because you’re in severe pain and unable to do anything. Every time I go to the hospital for a flare up, I have to have a mental health check up to see how I’m doing because I’m usually in pain for months at a time, put on medications and if it doesn’t work then I have to go to the hospital. It’s not something that can be cured, it can be maintained for some time (depending on the person) but you still need to have frequent check ups to make sure you don’t get cancer. Stress can make it x10 worse, which could be another reason why his online presence is nonexistent.

I’ve actually blocked out a lot of what I went through when I first got diagnosed because of how traumatising it was for me as a kid being in the hospital as sick as I was. Hospitals also still cause me severe anxiety even if I’m just visiting for an infusion or colonoscopy.

My buddy went thru those same stomach issues. They never found anything wrong and boiled it down to extreme anxiety. Overthinking and over-worrying about legitimately everything about life. It would immobilize him for days. Thinking about going to school the next day would send his stomach to the gulag. Always felt bad for him, he’s a lot better now.

Stress is a frequent reason for stomach problems. In his case, he might be stressed because he is afraid of getting those problems again and that stress leads to those problems actually reappearing

I had never heard of Daequam before this vidoe, likely owning to my negative interest in Fortnite, but even then I can't help but feel sad about this whole situation. I think we all miss the golden era of fortnite. I never played but my husband was a huge fan. He’d stay up half the night laughing with his friends and he would get so excited over the battle passes, holiday themes, new seasons, etc. It was a big deal in our home. But now, he has lost interest and now just plays FIFA. It’s a completely different vibe because now he just gets mad at fifa and complains about it being rigged. This video brought me to tears as it reminded me of the good old days of watching Daequan and Hemlinz with him and just enjoying his enjoyment with playing Fortnite.
