If any of you guys looking for a "suitable" skill1 cd metal set for him, I recommend the one I'm using which is the event parament war Doffy (6%) and Marco (8%) metals which give you combined (14%) skill1 cd when your ally dies. Together with Koby's trait, this combo gives 64% instant skill 1 cd. Right now with Garp wiping out the league (like Brawl 8), this could be a great skill 1 cd set for any character. The widely used Kaido skill1 cd set is not recommended for him as that requires to be hit by the opponent but Koby is squish. Use your skill2 to retreat and you can stay in your treasure area as defender; remember, you are a runner killer. And, when your skill 1 is ready, go ahead and help your team.
12:09 Does Koby normals also ignore immortality traits??? Or was it because Yamato was anti-heal effected so you were able to KO her with Koby's normal attack???
his trait ignores 1hp left trait even with anti heal yamato can't be killed in the treasure area only those with the same trait can kill her or white shanks

Personally I use Shilliew Shanks and Marco mf 8% reduction 1 when an ally dies 16% when I kill an enemy and 20% base cooldown with the MarinFord tag
