The fisherman witness said he kept hearing someone crying. She didn't sound like she had been crying. She was matter of fact. I will never believe she did this to herself.
Yes, usually the 911 operators immediately send notifications to law enforcement ambulances, etc. while they are on the phone. I believe the husband murdered her. The church fired him.
@@karenwillis6961I get that, but when she responds "okay" it sounds like an affirmation, like a go ahead. You can calmly say "please don't do that" or " I have some more questions for you" to stall for time. She could have pretended to need time to get a precise location etc.
What a strange call. She doesn't sound like she's about to kill herself. And wouldn't the operator try and talk to her after she said that, not 'hold on a moment'. Very strange.
@@robbirobin9657 she was. They're trained to stay calm. It's 911, not a suicide hotline. Once someone talks themselves into something like suicide, they're not necessarily going to be freaked out or crying about it believe it or not. She sounded defeated and somehow decided this option would bring her peace. If the dispatcher would have reacted any differently she would probably would have lost her job. They have to be stoic and be the voice of calm no matter what scenario is happening on the other end. Pointing a finger of blame at her for any of this is grossly inappropriate.
This is how my twin brother sounded right before he took his..... very calm non emotional. I feel that ass ex husband of hers brainwashed this poor woman to her demise. He may not have taken her out with his hands but I believe he took her out with this mind and mouth. R.I.P. sweet Mica! 🤍🙏🏻🤍
I’m so sorry for your loss. I can’t even imagine 😞 And I agree she was driven to this. Michelle Carter is the precedent here. There is a path to seek criminal liability for that monster. I pray your family heals from your tragic loss and that EVERYONE pushed into such a hopeless corner gets justice against those who gave them no other escape.
And at 14 years old and him 30 when they met… him a big shot pastor with 5 kids. He drove her insane. She probably just wanted the pain to stop. The humiliation of him bad mouthing her to the congregation. Then she’s a grown woman having to rely on others & probably feeling like a burden even she wasn’t. She sounds like she just wanted to stop the emotional roller coaster and go Home to her Jesus. Her buying the gun and the phone call seems to point to her doing it. But I do know she’s not hurting anymore and living among her family in heaven embraced in their love. She’s healing from the journey and will one day see her earthly family again as they arrive one by one. She will greet them with open arms.
I think her voice is way too calm for a person that is being forced. I didn't detect even a slight quiver. She sounds almost resigned and nonchalant. Terribly sad.

My mom said the fact I was so calm was what made her realize how serious it was. She called 911 for me and got me a police escort out of there that day - before he got back. It was very fast, a blur. I barely remember what I said. I told her goodbye, that it wasn’t her fault, and that I tried to escape, I tried to help him, but he was going to win and I had made my peace with that. My vows were til death do us part and that was simply coming sooner than later. And I said it in absolute calm. Dissociation from abuse is a totally weird phenomenon
Could be an AI voice changer. This is kinda how men usually talk in short and straight forward sentences. I feel like if she planned this she would know where she is and would have had a plan before calling the police

It is so ridiculous all the conspiracy theories! Yes the Pastor was a horrible POS!! But accept that she did this-even her father said he believed she was driven to it by JP! She could not take it anymore and took back control from her abuser by killing herself! She did it her way! Whether or not we want to believe and accept it!!

Seems odd she would have hung up so abruptly after being told to hold on just to make sure they had her location, since the whole point of the call was for her family to find her.

Did you see the video of her purchasing the firearm and ammo that she used on herself? She was alone and was smiling. She knew what she was using it for later. No one forced her. This was her decision. I've had someone close to me commit suicide. The first thing people do is start blaming someone else because they can't understand how their loved one could do that. Nothing makes sense so they find any possible alternative to cling to. Blame the husband. The gun store, The church, the bystander fishing at the park, the 911 dispatcher, themselves. She just got tired of it all and saw no other way for it to end. It's very sad but that's what happened.
I was able to talk to a few people who took their lives... one of them was a 17 year old little sister of my friend. When someone is about to end his/her life, they are soulless, they talk calm, it's like they don't feel anything. She wasn't being killed... she did this to herself, this whole thing is so sad 😞🖤
I'm sorry but this operator didn't have a single bit of empathy when she said she was going to do ....that to herself. Totally disregarded that. I would have talked to her asked her if she had kids and tell her that they were going to miss her and her parents , maybe she would think about it twice in order not to hurt them if she commit suicide. Supposedly she was religious but she commits suicide??? Suicide is the only sin that keeps you from going to heaven. The other sins if you repent God will forgive you.
In order to buy time, did she ask her killer can I please let my family know where I am? Thinking she can talk her way out of it before something happens. She does not sound like she's ready to harm herself, very patient with the operator. Did she own a gun?

There was a gun shot in a tree near by. But, her body was 40 meters away in the water which was odd because there's no way it would carry her that far in the opposite direction of the current. This information along with pictures of scratches and bruises on her hands proves there was foul play. She was likely trying to resist at first and shot a bullet but missed and hit the tree. She probably tried to escape and only got about 40 meters before someone stopped her and forced her hand to shoot herself. Hence, the scratches and bruises on her hands. The dad said he someone heard screaming, not crying before they heard a shot. Unfortunately, the local law enforcement in that area are complet idiots and the Micas dad had to take all the pictures and even ask them to check the car for tracking devices even though they could have been remove before the law arrived. The law in that area has a reputation of being lazy and messy. I know because a guy shot my sister in the head in the same county head and got away with it because they didnt even attempt to investigate. They have a bad reputation from many cases.
The first thing she says "are you able to trace my location? Why didnt she just say "I dont know where i am" that would have been more helpful. The operator spent too much time trying to do the location and while she was doing that she could have asked questions like: DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY? she had dead air plenty of time to speak and obtain info on her situation

She had planned this and was ready to maybe escape her problems whatever they might have been but if there was someone there making her say this it wouldn’t be so smooth and calm. I believe she was mentally unstable being by someone else or herself but I believe she did it to herself.

If you have ever made an appointment with an AI voice assistant, it actually sounds a lot like that. The pauses are just long enough for the AI to craft a response based on input. These things are fairly advanced. They sound human with a very natural voice, even variance in inflection and affection, breathing etc. Not the robot operators of even 5 years ago. You can talk to them normally and ask questions and they respond as a human would. Google had a presentation on this not too long ago. The only give away they have, if you could call it that, is that their pauses are slightly longer than a typical human pause… The only thing that makes me think that this was definitely a human is the way she says she’s going to self delete. Her voice cracks a little there and she almost sounds in disbelief of what she’s saying. I don’t think AI voice assistants would have a natural response that sounds like that. But who knows. They are really advanced these days. I’ve never played with the voice profile end of one, so I’m not sure what kind of input you can use to create affect.
