Imo, the basics that makes a good scene are script, acting, music and the way a camera is positioned. This games nailed all of these, every second I played the game.
Being a superhero is not easy, even for Spiderman. If he saves Aunt May then people will die, but if he saves everyone then Aunt May will die. For Spiderman sometimes the right choice is not the easiest one.
It's all Otto's fault for getting Aunt May sick!! So much for his intelligence which clearly doesn't go all the way to the top. Otto just became dumb in the middle of the game. Shame on him for taking advantage of Peter's kindness, he was such a sorry excuse for a friend behind his back. Otto just made himself no better than Norman Osborn. He's worse than him. )=

And in Spider-man 2 we all know he hasnt exactly excepted things for what it is yet soo.. i understand why peter was a bit weaker in that game.

I was hoping to hear that "dun dun dun" piano part that played when Sandman told Peter about how Uncle Ben was killed.
The iconic music of Harry's death made May's death that much more impactful and emotional.

When it cuts to black then the responsibility theme music starts didn’t get the time perfect the music was supposed to be in Aunt May’s funeral.
