Except that the Trump/Vance ticket is a lot weaker than the Trump/Pence ticket. Trump was a lot more popular in 2020 (pre-Jan 6 insurrection). And Pence brought the evangelical vote. But Trump is now far less popular than in 2020, and Pence is now against Trump, so evangelicals are bailing on Trump. Also, the Harris/Walz ticket in 2024 is a lot stronger than the Biden/Harris ticket in 2020. There's a lot more enthusiasm, especially with Walz on the ticket. All things considered, Trump is headed towards a much bigger loss than he experienced in 2020.
Honestly I can explain but you can deny it if you want. Under Trump inflation was 1.4%. Under Biden and Harris over 8%. Meaning Trump knew business and trading. People remember that they did better under Trump. They had more money and were able to afford more items. Also Trump is strong on border policies. I wouldn't go that far. I think people think any Republican President is "better for the economy" because they think he or she will rein in spending and cut taxes. Really the President doesn't have all that big of effect on the economy. He or she can veto and make appointments but Congress is way more powerful (and even then doesn't control things with a magic wand).

I work as an FA, can tell you the economy is very strong. Yes inflation is persistent but this has moderated and now under 3%. The rest of the world averages above 5.5%. Wage growth has now outpaced inflation 5.4% to 2.9%. Considering our GDP is 65% consumption based and beat the estimates 2.8 to predicted 1.8 tells you the consumer and economy are strong.

I work as an FA, can tell you the economy is very strong. Yes inflation is persistent but this has moderated and now under 3%. The rest of the world averages above 5.5%. I have watched both. But these people are just commentators. I don’t need anybody telling me how to think it’s better just to go and research the economy. Research interest rates research all of these things on your own and come to your own conclusion. Mine tells me that the Democrats always do better with the economy, I think Donald Trump is a danger and I voted for him. I gave him a chance, but I did not like what I saw.

I watch Fox all the time and often come away saying how can anyone be that stupid or racist. How can that one dumb black host just sit their and let them make all those racist comments and not say anything. Like Ford the a few days ago on The Five.

Democrats need to fight harder with Trump's record on how he raised the national debt so high when he was president (even outside of COVID), that it was the 3rd highest of any president. Also, about crime...they need to show how crime was actually up when Trump was in office. How average Americans will lose out on healthcare, medicare, and everything else right now that is helping average Americans. The only U.S. citizens that Trump would benefit are those making over $400K per year...those aren't average Americans.
And for the record, I’m not pro-Trump, but I am highly against Harris and Biden and that whole left side
