Look at Bolt’s smile at the end, despite the result, he had FUN and enjoyed himself during the race. This, ladies and gentlemen, is an example of a growth mindset. Bolt knows he can go back to the drawing board and clean some things up. You can always learn and improve, always.

All the cheating happens during hard training. All the recovery leading into major competition is when you back down and get it out of your system using masking agents among other things. The cheaters for the most part are always two steps ahead of the testers. When guys start getting caught it’s usually because testing caught up to whatever method they were using.

How is going from 19.75 to 19.30 runing "one second less" in one year? Further he run 19.88 in 2006. So your comment is just malicious and untrue. If you "only saw something similar with Ben Johnson" how didn't you see Florence Griffith Joyner going from 10.96 in 1987 to 10.49 in 1988 over 100m and that at 27-28 years of age. Or Carmelita Jeter going from 10.97 100m in 2008 to 10.64 in 2009 at healty 30 years old. Those results are on par with Ben Johnson. Where were you looking then? A hypocrite and a liar.
