    Every dog always seems so well behaved, then there’s my pup, and then there’s me trying to use these techniques and completely failing ☹️ I hope we get it soon 💚

    My puppy never pulled when we first started out she’s actually scared of leash pressure so it was easy to teach heel and etc! But I’ve been following y’all’s tips even before I got her to be prepared love y’all!

    Thats a very clever idea! Wish I had thought of it when I had my dog. Leash training would have been so much easier. She's over the rainbow bridge now.😔

    • @noty7618
      @noty7618 Год назад +4

      @@ffzotjesdn If given long term, pedigree can make dogs more prone to liver or kidney problems. The first ingredient in this dog food is corn, corn is generally a filler. The second ingredient is poultry by-product meal, which is dried product from a slaughterhouse.Poultry by-products is slightly lower in quality then other meat by-products. The third ingredient is corn gluten meal. Gluten is the rubbery residue remaining once corn has had most of its starchy carbohydrate washed out of it. There are other fillers and ingredients that are not easily digestible.
      I would recommend staying away from colored foods as well. I would recommend better quality foods such as: Royal Canin, Science diet, Acana, Newman's Own, Organix, Natural Balance, Taste of the Wild, Wellness, Canidae, even foods like simply nourish and authority are good if looking to save money and still feed better food

    Am I alone? We just got a new puppy this is our first family pet it's a little Yorkie bishon mix he's 9 weeks old he's doing really well only pooped 1 time in the house and last night he cried all night but I've been watching your videos and trying to apply them and he's in his crate rn sleeping not making a sound and I was surprised that we are on night 2 and he's not crying in his crate. I'm having I guess you could say the puppy blues I guess because I spend so much money on this dog and I love him but I also have a 4 year old and a 12 month old and I feel like I'm taking time away from them since getting this dog so I feel like we really jumped the gun when getting him. I really should have listened to logic instead of my emotions when it came down to it but we have him now and I'm not giving up it's a learning curve and Ik that down the road I won't have to be on him so much and get a new routine down

      The breeder should have given great consideration to your situation and cautioned you about the timing with little children. It really is a big challenge to manage the needs of a puppy even with no littles. I hope you figure out a great schedule and that things work out great.

    • @carolschedler3832
      @carolschedler3832 Год назад +4

      Oh! And don’t waist any energy on guilt! Try to enjoy both the children and the pup and reach out for help if you need to rehome the puppy. There is no way of knowing what a commitment it is until you do it for a few days. I promise you that every minute you spend on training will be worth it. Easier to train properly than to allow bad habits to develop. Truly rooting for you.

      you got the puppy, you might as well make the best of it. the breeder definitely should've inquired more, but again what's done is done. aside from that big purchases like that always come with a good dose of automatic buyer's remorse, but i'm 100% certain that several years down the road you'll be kicking yourself for the fact that you ever thought that getting your dog was a mistake. ♥️
